To use the taya712 Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) taya712 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya712 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. taya712 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify taya712 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
taya712 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
taya712 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. taya712 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with Philippine regulations.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the taya712 Platform at the time of the transaction. taya712 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. taya712 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within 15–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. taya712 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. taya712 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the Player.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by taya712 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable bonus terms. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance in all wagering.
taya712 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit promotions, or coordinating with other Players to abuse bonus structures.
taya712 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honored for their stated duration unless circumstances beyond taya712's reasonable control require otherwise.
All games available on the taya712 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on taya712's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. taya712 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures on the Player's device or internet connection.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the taya712 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of taya712 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the taya712 Platform without prior written consent from taya712.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

taya712 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if taya712 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
You may close your taya712 Account at any time by contacting taya712 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue to apply.
taya712 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the taya712 Platform shall first be submitted to taya712's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal processes.
